Weoley Castle Ruins September 22, 2009
Posted by akela in : Cubs , trackbackCubs had an enjoyable evening at Weoley Castle Ruins. They were given a guided tour around the site and were shown all the areas of the Ruins and what they were and what they were there for. They also were able to dress up in DUDLEY castle colours and wear clothing from the castle’s times.
The cubs were extremely well behaved and took great pleasure in asking questions about the ruins and were very interested in what they do there.
We must thank Kirsty for showing us around – we will be back in the spring helping out with some conservation work on site towards the cub scout awards
