Tuesday will see the cubs walk along the canalside at Hopwood. The hike was planned for earlier in the year but due to bad weather was cancelled.

The hike will encourage water safety, and allow the cubs to explore the surroundings.

Cubs taking part will be working towards their Outdoor scouting and Fitness challenge awards.

It is expected to be a marvellous evenings weather forecast so hopefully we will be able to have a dry walk.

Unfortunately the hike starts and finishes at the excellent Hopwood Public House – but i cant see them allowing 25 cubs in for a drink!!!!!
