Jumble Sale Support February 24, 2007

Posted by akela in : Cubs , add a comment

All members of the group SHOULD have been given a letter requesting parental support with the group jumble sale. We have a few regular helpers absent for this jumble sale so the extra support is essential for the jumble sale to work smoothly.

Help is desperatly needed on Thursday evening 7.30pm and Friday evening 6.30pm with  collecting jumble from the local area. Even if you dont have the use of a vehicle please help out, even if your child is not a cub or scout you can still help on these evenings.

Jumbles raise a substantial amount of money for the group which we can’t do without, so PLEASE support the group in any way you can.

The more support we recieve the quicker the collecting is done.

Your time and support is greatly appreciated

Akela had the pleasure of attending the District Beaver 6 aside football competition today. WOW! what a day. The beavers are real powerhouses. They just seem to keep on running.

Kings Norton finished first overall well done to them.

St davids beavers did the Colony and group proud in their games and finished well up the League Table.

Well Done Beavers! Cant wait till some join Cubs for our 7 aside.
